Looking Ahead: Careers and University Advice for Year 12 Students
As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting each student’s personal and academic journey, we are delighted to invite you to our upcoming Partnership with Parents session focused on the Year 12 Futures Journey.
Year 12 in particular, is an important and exciting stage as over the coming months, as our students will engage in Futures counselling meetings and prepare for the early stages of university applications. During this session, we will share how the Futures Team partners with students and families throughout this year to help them explore and plan their next steps — from initial exploration events such as the University Fair and subsequent university visits either in person or online, to making informed decisions about their applications and destination choices, as well as highlight ways in which parents can actively support and encourage their children during the process.
We will walk you through key milestones in the Year 12 Futures Journey, including:
Our aim is to give you a clear overall picture of how these experiences connect to help each student make well-informed choices for their future, as well as provide a timeline.
Please register your attendance HERE so we can make the appropriate arrangements.
