Dear Parents and Guardians,
On 18th - 20th May (written part) & 22nd May (orals), Years 8, 10 and 12 pupils will be taking part in the examinations for the Greek Language Proficiency Certificate, the Ellinomatheia exam, which is organized by the Greek Ministry of Education in conjunction with the Greek Language Centre and issued by the Greek State.
The Certificate, which is recognized all over the world, is granted at 6 levels:
(A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2) that follow the guidelines of the European Framework for Languages.
If you wish your child to participate in the Ellinomatheia exams please complete the electronic link: Ellinomatheia Exam May 2021 Parental Consent Form by Friday, 18th December, 2020. Examination fees will be billed in the January invoices for school fees.
The final decision about your child’s level will be taken according to his/her performance in past papers in February when the final electronic applications will be made.
