St Catherine’s British School is delighted to announce another year of outstanding academic achievement across our 2026 IGCSE examination cohort. This year’s results celebrate not only exceptional examination performance, but also the wonderful individual academic progress made by our students across the entire school, with performance outcomes far exceeding UK benchmarks, including top-tier grades (9–7) achieved at nearly three times the UK national average.
At St Catherine’s, our curriculum is designed to inspire, challenge, and foster independent thinking. Today’s achievements celebrate not only top examination performance, but also the wonderful individual academic progress made by our students across the entire cohort.
Key Highlights
"We are delighted with our students' continuing academic success and personal commitment," said Dr. Stuart Bond, Head of Upper School and Deputy Principal. "These impressive achievements are a testament to the hard work of our students the expert guidance of our teaching staff, and the unwavering support of our school families."
Looking Ahead
These results provide a strong academic foundation as students take their next steps into Upper School education - whether it be beginning their IB Diploma studies, or for our younger students, building on these early successes. We wish all our students success as they embark on the upcoming academic year.
