St Catherine’s British School, ranked the #4 IB school in Europe¹ and home to the highest published 2025 IB results in Athens, has launched a new IB Scholarship Programme celebrating academic excellence, sporting prowess, and artistic flair – whether that is in the performing, musical or visual arts. Offering up to 100 percent fee remission, the initiative reflects the school’s commitment to making the transformative experience of a St Catherine’s education accessible to outstanding students.

St Catherine’s IB Programme is known for its balance of academic challenge and personal growth. With an average IB score of 37.3 points, over 43% of students achieving 40 points or more, and a 98% pass rate across more than 1,100 graduates, the school continues to set the standard for IB excellence in Greece. Its faculty includes over 20 registered IB examiners, bringing deep expertise to the classroom.

The introduction of the programme has been made possible through the generosity of donors and supporters within the St Catherine’s community. Looking ahead, the IB Scholarship Programme will become one of the key initiatives supported by the St Catherine’s Together for Tomorrow Fund, the school’s new annual fund launching in January 2026.
