It was so great having our students back in school just before Easter!
The Science Department couldn't wait to get back to practicals and experiments!
Year 11s had the opportunity to to experiment with yeast and observe how it breaks down sugar to produce ethanol and carbon dioxide as they were learning all about microorganisms in food production
Our IB HL Biology students investigated the effect of increasing catalase concentration on the rate of breakdown of peroxide.
