Welcome to the New School Year

Welcome Back to School. You are precisely where you need to be at this time, in this place! Have a great year!

On Monday 6 September, we welcomed back all our students and we realised how much we have missed the smiling faces that make our days brighter and happier. After a fun-filled summer with their families, the students started arriving at the school premises with enthusiasm and impatience for the beginning of the new academic year and with the love of learning in their pockets, ready to advance their skills and excel in education in a happy, and excited manner.

Our whole school staff have worked to prepare for another exceptional educational experience for each child, and as the school year started, the teachers will continue to work their magic and, thus, create engaging learning environments inside our inspiring classrooms. Teaching staff hosted tours around the campuses to help students find their way around the facilities and welcome wholeheartedly the new students, while important messages and updates were shared on the noticeboards and on the TV screens. Desks are ready and it is the time of the year to engage in a collaborative educational journey full of experiences and unforgettable memories.

We are beyond excited to welcome all of our students back to school this year! Our team of teachers ready to share their love of helping children learn and grow! As one of our staff members shared "there is nothing like seeing a student's excitement when they solve a tough challenge or master a new skill, when that light bulb goes on, and they say, "I get it!"

Children are very important to us as they are the future of our community and our world, and we appreciate all our families entrusting us with their learning and growth. As an innovative leader in instruction, St Catherine's mission is to develop in every learner the ability to succeed independently in an ever-changing world. During these challenging times when the pandemic continues to evolve, the St Catherine's family stays connected and we are here to face any challenges together. Our number one priority is for students to be in school, learning, and it was a truly amazing experience, seeing students returning to school for the first time after so many months while maintaining confidence that we provide a safe environment for students and staff.

What we wish for our students as they start the new school year is to blaze new trails and seek new horizons! All here at St Catherine's intend to continue the School's standard of excellence by providing students with the support and tools necessary for lifetime learning and achievement to take place. Wishing you all a great school year!
