In time for Valentine’s Day, our IB CAS students are turning compassion into action with SPREAD LOVE, a multi-event student-led initiative dedicated to making a difference through three meaningful fundraising efforts. These events not only celebrate the spirit of the season but also reinforce the values of community service and social responsibility that lie at the heart of the IB CAS programme.

Valentine’s Rose Sale – Supporting Elpida
(Orders & Sales: 3–7 February | Distribution: 14 February)
Students have the opportunity to purchase and send roses to friends, teachers, and loved ones, with all proceeds going to Elpida, an organisation dedicated to supporting children battling cancer. This initiative allows our community to express appreciation while contributing to a worthy cause.

ChocoLove Sale – A Collaboration with Estia
(14 February)
Bringing sweetness to the day, our CAS students are partnering with the people of Estia, a centre for individuals with intellectual disabilities, to sell delicious chocolate treats. This initiative not only raises funds but also fosters inclusivity and empowerment by supporting Estia’s work.

IB Concert for Love – Supporting Elpida
(14 February at 7PM in St. Catherine's British School Theatre)
Music has the power to unite and uplift, and our IB students are bringing this to life with a special Concert for Love. Featuring student performances, this event will raise funds for Elpida, spreading joy while supporting children and families in need. We would like to invite you all to enjoy this wonderful evening of music. RSVP here!

Through these initiatives, our students are using their creativity, collaboration, and leadership to make a meaningful impact. SPREAD LOVE is more than a campaign—it is a reminder that small acts of kindness can bring warmth and support to those who need it most.

Join us in making this Valentine’s Day about more than just gifts—let’s SPREAD LOVE together!
