St Catherine’s IB Students Achieve Exceptional Results in 2025

The St. Catherine’s Class of 2025 Delivers Impressive World-class Performance
These achievements represent one of the strongest academic performances in over two decades.
These achievements represent one of the strongest academic performances in over two decades.

St Catherine’s British School proudly announces the exceptional performance of its International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme candidates in this year’s examination session. These results reflect both the academic strength of our students and the school’s inclusive, empowering approach to excellence.

Academic Excellence for All

This year’s achievements highlight St Catherine’s commitment to academic challenge and opportunity for every student:

  • 99% of full Diploma candidates passed the IB Diploma (IBO global pass rate: 80%)
  • Average score of 37.3 points across the entire graduating class (IBO global average: 30 points)
  • 43.2% of students achieved 40 points or more (IBO global: 9%)
  • One student earned a perfect 45 points, with five others scoring 44 points

These outcomes are particularly notable because the full IB Diploma is the core academic pathway for St Catherine’s students. Unlike many schools where the programme is offered only to a select group, our results reflect the performance of a program undertaken collectively by the class, with few exceptions. This inclusive approach underscores our belief that a rigorous, world-class curriculum can be both ambitious and accessible.
