St Catherine's supports the Poppy Run and this very worthy cause!

Join "My Poppy Run" virtual event and support the Poppy Appeal for 2020. Sign up until the end of November!

St Catherine's is supporting Remembrance Day as every year on 11th November, and this year we are inviting you to  join Headmaster, Mr Smith and all of us at St Catherine's to support the Poppy Run Appeal.  This is our way as a school that we can help contribute to this very worthy cause, even though we are not able to participate in the usual way.

The great news is that you can sign up for your own personal  "My Poppy Run" virtual event up until the end of November.

You will be joining a community of runners doing their part to support the Poppy Appeal during these uncertain times.  Click on the link and see how you can participate.

Ask your family and friends to be involved and to support you,  run in a park after work, around town during the weekend or take your dog for a walk, it is all for a very worthy cause to raise funds to ensure no-one who has served is disadvantaged because of the sacrifices they have made.

The Poppy Appeal which was founded to help those in need following a National crisis. For nearly 100 years, we've been fighting for the Armed Forces community. The Legion has worked tirelessly to ensure that those who have served and made sacrifices for us, along with their families, are being looked after, no matter what challenges the country faces.
