As another generation of St. Catherine’s graduates begins their next chapter, the echoes of celebration still linger—a testament to the bonds, achievements, and spirit of the Class of 2025.

On a golden summer evening, our school community came together to honour not only academic success but the personal growth and shared journey of a remarkable cohort. These young women and men stood not only as scholars but as citizens of character, poised to shape their world with curiosity, compassion, and courage.

A Ceremony Marking Growth and Transition

The evening began, fittingly, with smiles and snapshots—form groups capturing one last moment together before stepping into life beyond the school gates. The ceremony that followed was one of reflection and recognition, enriched by the presence of families, faculty, alumni, and distinguished guests.

Headteacher Mr Jon Perriss welcomed the community with thoughtful reflections on the Class of 2025. His remarks set a heartfelt tone for the evening—a reminder of how far these students have come and how deeply they’ve shaped our community.

Chair of the Board of Governors, Mr George Drimiotis, spoke of the enduring values that unite our school, while British Ambassador to Greece, His Excellency Matthew Lodge, offered inspiring words about the possibilities that lie ahead. Head of Upper School Dr Stuart Bond shared warm anecdotes and insights from years spent guiding this class—his remarks serving as a bridge between their school days and future aspirations.

Voices of a New Generation

At the heart of the evening were IB Senate members Christos De Meis and Amelie Pagona, whose speeches resonated with honesty, hope, and humour, reminding us all why this generation of St. Catherine’s graduates offers such promise.

The ceremony was lifted even further by the talents of student musicians, whose performances brought grace and emotional depth to the occasion.
